Not gonna lie, the smoothies taste good, but the portions feel a bit small for what you’re paying. It’s not bad by any means, just doesn’t feel like the best value if you’re ordering them regularly.

I was disappointed with the customer service. I emailed about my order and the reply took a while, then when it finally came, it was so short it didn’t really answer my question. It kind of felt like they were just trying to brush me off rather than actually help. I followed up again and still didn’t get a proper answer. For me, it’s not just about one order going wrong — it’s about feeling like a company actually cares when you need help. After this experience, I wouldn’t choose to order from them again.

I grabbed these smoothies to keep in the fridge for quick breakfasts, because mornings at my place are usually a little chaotic and I don’t always feel like using the blender. Overall, they tasted really fresh and weren’t overly sweet, which I appreciated. The texture was smooth with no weird chunks or gritty bits. One of the bottles seemed a little watery compared to the others, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. In general, the quality was good and I’d probably get them again.

Not a terrible experience, just not as easy as it probably should be.

The item itself is cute, but the sizing was way off for me. I ordered a medium and it fit more like a small. Not saying it’s a scam, but it was frustrating to have to deal with a return over something that should’ve been more accurate.

The packaging was alright, but i expected it to be a bit better?! It did the job, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

To be fair, the item itself looked okay, but the fabric just didn’t work for me. It felt scratchy and stiff, and I couldn’t really get comfortable in it.

I wasn’t happy with my order from Smoothie London, so I decided to return it. The item just didn’t work out for me, but even figuring out how to send it back was more confusing than it should’ve been because the return information wasn’t very clear.
I emailed them and waited for a response, but the replies I got were short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I felt like I was being passed around and sent in circles over something that should’ve been straightforward.
Now I’m still not seeing a proper refund, and it’s taken longer than I expected. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve how they handle returns.
